In addition to the Foundation’s CULT-ED program, the foundation has been testing our VR material in Dutch hospitals. Thousands of children are in the hospital every day and are not able to play, learn or travel the world. This is why SyncVR Medical in collaboration with the Jimmy Nelson Foundation have put together a VR package for children to travel the world from their hospital beds. With the VR material, they will be able to go on an adventure and therefore learn about the world in a playful way. This can help them be distracted if they are anxious about upcoming procedures or give them the feeling they can leave the hospital. If the children are interested in more in-depth learning, the full CULT-ED program will be available on our website (available soon). We will start the project in the Netherlands from which we will expand to other countries.
